JOB OVERVIEW
About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong sales background, excellent English communication skills, and a solid understanding of dental terminology and dental-related services or procedures.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls.
Engage with prospective clients and build strong relationships.
Present and explain dental-related products and services professionally.
Handle objections and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (BPO, appointment setting, telesales, inside sales, or related fields)
? Strong knowledge of dental terminology, dental procedures, and dental industry concepts
? Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
? Confident speaking with clients over the phone
? Strong objection-handling and closing skills
? Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
? Reliable computer/laptop
? Stable high-speed internet connection
? Quiet and professional work-from-home setup
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with dental clinics, dental offices, or dental-related accounts
Experience in appointment setting or lead generation
Familiarity with CRM (GHL) systems
