JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations across multiple e-commerce stores. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has extensive experience working with suppliers, and can effectively manage escalations while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong supplier relationships, resolving complex supply chain issues, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Write Pink in your subjecct line when submitting your application.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple e-commerce stores.
Handle supplier-related cases, and escalations from start to resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and fulfillment partners.
Monitor supplier performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Track inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment to minimize stockouts and overstock.
Coordinate with customer support, operations, and purchasing teams to resolve order and fulfillment issues.
Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure supplier compliance with agreed service levels and delivery timelines.
Develop and improve supply chain processes and standard operating procedures.
Provide regular reports on supplier performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping.
Solid experience managing supplier cases, escalations, and issue resolution.
Experience handling operations across multiple online stores simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and supply chain or ERP systems.
Experience working with Shopify e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
